Dr. Hammonds is a dynamic professional speaker and a personal success and leadership coach. He is founder and chief visionary of Spiritual Empowerment, Plus and his coaching company called Metanoia Coaching & Training Systems. (Metanoia is a pronounced meta-NOI-a. It is a Greek word that means a radical change in thinking; a shift in attitude).

Dr. Hammonds implements training programs for large and small organizations and delivers provoking and motivating presentations for the workforce of businesses. He also conducts in-depth assessments and training programs for managers and executives.

Dr. Hammonds has served as a Senior Management Executive, Corporate Trainer, and Curriculum Developer for organizations for over 20 years. Dr. Hammonds is responsible for founding four schools, including the School of Success (SOS) (a success system for helping people to be successful personally, professionally, financially, and in relationships), and numerous staff development programs at West Angeles Church of God in Christ (a multimillion dollar, 24,000 member congregation, with over 200 staff members). He also implemented training programs for over 100 volunteer leaders. These 100+ leaders and managers are responsible for a total volunteer cadre of over 3,000 persons.

As a Personal Coach, Dr. Hammonds brings the "School of Success" to individuals to assist them in living their balanced lives and achieving their personal goals more quickly and with less stress. He designs personalized plans for empowering people to start and complete their important goals and dreams.
